Pros: The customer Service is amazing, I have experience with a couple of Survey-Providers, but the customer Service honestly offers is amazing.

Cons: It is hard to understand the logic of honestly in the beginning (feedbackforms and surveys - what is the difference and so on...).

Overall: I had contact with three different agents, they were all super helpful.Team is super service oriented, very friendly and competent and their help is amazing. Thank you!
