I recently had the misfortune of using OneAll's services, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. After upgrading to their higher paid level, I anticipated a higher standard of support and functionality. Unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite. Lack of Support One of the most frustrating aspects was the abysmal customer support. Despite paying a premium for the higher paid level, the assistance provided was minimal at best. Attempts to reach out for help were met with delayed responses, and when replies did come, they were often unhelpful and generic. It felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously, leaving me to troubleshoot issues on my own. Non-Functioning Application Adding to the frustration was the application's instability with alias API for google sign on. Frequent crashes disrupted my workflow, and certain features simply did not function as agreed. This unreliability made it nearly impossible to integrate OneAll's services effectively into my operations. The lack of proper documentation and guidance only compounded these issues, making the platform more of a hindrance than a help. Better Alternatives Available In hindsight, opting for OneAll was a mistake. Services like miniOrange or Firebase offer far superior functionality and support. For instance, miniOrange provides a comprehensive suite of features with responsive customer service, ensuring that integration is seamless and efficient. Similarly, Firebase offers robust authentication solutions backed by extensive documentation and reliable support. These platforms not only function as intended but also value their customers by providing the necessary assistance when needed. Conclusion My experience with OneAll was marred by inadequate support and a malfunctioning application. Considering the availability of more reliable and customer-friendly alternatives like miniOrange and Firebase, I would strongly advise against using OneAll's services. Investing time and resources into a platform that fails to deliver on its promises is simply not worth it.

Pros

None, very frustrating experience and i do not recommend them.

Cons

After upgrading to OneAll's higher paid level for 2 websites, one was not functioning with the alias API which led to a dramatic drop in website users, I was disheartened by the lack of support and frequent inability to resolve the problem. The support provided did not meet my expectations, and the software's instability disrupted my workflow, user base and ultimately P&L. In hindsight, I would have been better off using alternatives like miniOrange or Firebase.

We upgraded to the Platinum level to receive exceptional support. It was a total waste of money. There support is basically NO SUPPORT EVER Frustrated to the extreme

Easy on boarding. Quick intergration. Continuous consistent support.

Pros

Ease of intergration. We have a few older apps as well, still intergration was a breeze. Excellent documentation, well maintained. Support is well managed and fast. We have been using oneall for 3 years now. And only needed support once. We are a large company with multiple apps and over 80 employees. Very impressed.

Cons

I can honestly say there is nothing that I dislike about this software

Pros

I run a 6,000 user niche social networking site. It's set up so that they have one login, and then can switch between their various pages that way, for each author pseudonym they use. Some choose to write under pen names for each genre they write, so it can get unwieldy. It's also yet another login to remember. As authors, we're already told to have a presence on every single social network site possible, and it gets overwhelming. Adding OneAll was a no-brainer. They could utilize their author profile on Facebook or Twitter to log into my network too, and share information between them utilizing the share buttons.

Cons

The one thing I would like to see is the ability to add or request other networks to be added. Authors by nature have a few different 'author' types of networks. Being able to utilize those as well would be great, such as Writertopia, LiterarySocial, Litsy, NanoWriMo, and AuthorsInfo. Very few systems utilize niche network logins, so it's an area that is ripe for someone to explore and gain new customers.
