Great - their videos are super useful to learn how to do everything. I must have contacted the support team at least 5 times during our set up and they have always been very helpful.

Pros

For a small business, we were looking for something simple, easy to use, and a good value. We found it in Vipecloud.

Cons

With multiple users, it was not easy to share contacts, templates, etc. Or maybe we didn't know how.

It's been phenomenal. The team is incredibly responsive to my needs. They answer questions and have been very adaptable to things that come to mind. The service is great.

Pros

It just keeps expanding in its capabilities. It's pretty easy to learn. I've been able to teach myself how to add in Zap integrations. It's an all-in-one system with CRM, contacts, automations, scheduler, newsletters.

Cons

I don't love the way the embeddable forms look. They're fine, but don't look great integrated onto my Squarespace pages.

VipeCloud has been a great asset in helping us organize and keep track of customer interactions on a daily basis. In particular, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been outstanding in providing personalized support in exploring how best to use VipeCloud to suit us as a law firm. Having tried a number of systems and databases over the years, we can say with confidence that VipeCloud is one of the most user-friendly ones and can be customized to meet our needs rather than forcing us to reconfigure our data to fit the system.

Pros

Easy of use & easy integration. The user experience has been positive thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] who has been a great help from the get-go. Suggestions from us (the users) are considered and have been implemented in the new releases.

Cons

An Auto-saving feature in the Email template would be really helpful. Users should be able to re-order the pipelines instead of deleting and re-typing them.

Pros

Amazing Customer Service, Quick Response time, Landing Page for each email. Great tool for Professionals, captures CRM in one spot.

Cons

That not everyone is enjoying it. I have so many friends who choose VipeCloud as the go to for communication.

As a nonprofit with limited resources, it was imperative that we received strong training, and timely customer support as we set up our automations and integrations to our Donation Platform, GiveButter.

Pros

The onboarding, training and support is "Best in Class". Working with Drew!

Cons

it's a positive in reality but as they are growing there are improvements in integration and functionality that are in progress.

I'm not sure how I ever did business before Vipecloud. This platform allows me and my staff to handle all clients in one space and provide services to all of them at once.

Pros

Vipecloud makes it very easy to manage business contacts and communicate with them effectively. We not only add all contacts into one place and manage easily, but we are also able to provide services to our clients with one click. Very user friendly platform and customer service is top notch.

Cons

I feel like I'm not utilizing all features and it's just because I'm not tech savvy. I want to use the automated options more, but don't understand it. Maybe better explanation of new features that become available. This is mainly on me! I do feel like it would be nice to have a price break at a certain number of clients since we have grown so much.

Vipecloud enables us to do a multitude of different things with our customer database -- everything from contact management to email marketing and even to tracking opportunities. It's one of the best on the market.

Pros

As a user of a number of the larger and more popular marketing automation / CRM tools, I found VipeCloud to be easier to use and quite robust for its footprint. The system was easy to set-up and use, and the support was out-of-this world. I'd recommend it to any small organization that's wanting to get the most out of the contemporary marketing software world.

Cons

There is almost nothing we didn't like about VipeCloud. When we encountered difficulties and even when we needed to unlock new features, VipeCloud was very eager to help!

I love the email features and social media posting. The system is user-friendly. The customer services is excellent, prompt, and easy to understand.

Pros

I love the ease of using this product. The customer service is excellent!

Cons

The only thing I think could be different, would be a notification via email when a post fails. It sometimes gives error, but I am not aware until I click that tab the next time I login to my dashboard.

### "I Like Vipecloud but it could be better."

Not sure. I like the idea that we can link our team to their personal info, but the number of engaged team members is frustrating.

Pros

1) It's easy to use, but it still gets hung up sometimes. On Thursday (Jan 16, 2020) I couldn't copy and paste, and I couldn't move any of the structures to another location. I decided that I wanted to change the structure from the one that goes fully across the page to one that had two structures so that I could put an image beside the text. I couldn't copy and I couldn't move my text. Then on Friday, (Jan 17, 2020) everything was working as expected. 2) I do like that I can in the Sent Menu, I can see what was sent out and how many people opened the email.

Cons

1) When it doesn't work like I expect it to. (See above.) 2) And I really wish that the editing boxes for each structure and element went OUTSIDE of the form instead of INSIDE the form. When it goes inside, it covers up what I am trying to grab or edit. First thing I do is center my text so that I can see it when I am typing. 3) SPELL CHECK! An email program SHOULD HAVE SPELL CHECK. : ) 4) We are using Vipecloud through a Virtural Office. She taught me how to use Vipecloud, but she can't answer all of my questions. 5) I would love to see the last date sent listed under each template, like in bill pay in a bank account. I can see the last time that I paid a particular vendor. There are times when I want to resend an email because it has great info, but I want to know how recently it was last sent, or even at all. Because we are working with a virtual office, I would like to see that same info. Sometimes she creates stuff, but then doesn't send it out, or she sends the out on the "back end." 6) Reports are confusing. I select a time frame that I want to see, and it shows that nothing has been sent, and I know that isn't right. 7) I do wish that we could sort our templates by Alphabetical order, or Date Created. I use some of those template monthly, and I don't like having to scroll to find the template I need. Not time efficient.

Having the automated system has saved me a lot of time and energy when it comes to communicating with my team members & clients. I love that you can see who/when they open the email and interaction with links too.

Pros

I was surprised at how simple is would be to make and send out my own emails to clients, team members & leads. Love being able to upload Photos/ documents. Save emails to edit for future use. Schedule stuff to go out. I really do enjoy every aspect I use with VipeCloud.

Cons

Honestly I don’t hate any cons at this point.

I tried for a year to get it to work. I felt like if I could just spend time with it I'd get comfortable, but it just doesn't seem to do the trick. Takes me too long to work it.

Pros

Customer support is great. Team steps in and covers. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is responsive. It has some great capabilities built in. Series, Video, Customization, Integration and affordability safety pieces built in

Cons

The help center is unsearchable. It's all predetermined with mega tags, so getting the one issue you want resolved is not easy to find. Have to plow through videos in hope of finding one thing. E.g how to create a Contact ListIt's not an initiative CRM. I had to relearn every time I used. (It's not designed to be used as a functional CRM) Importing contacts has to be csv, so have to convert Excel. Have to manually go into Task to work. Doesn't automatically prompt for a Follow up item.

I love that I can communicate with my Team and my Customers. It is a wonderful tool.

Pros

Reaching out to my team and keeping them informed for new products and training. I also use it for monthly recognition. Communication is so easy with Vipe Cloud. I can personalize easily by adding video's and pictures. I also love that they have an app. Plus they have great customer servic.

Cons

At times I am not as "techy" but I have two assistants that help along with great tutorials that Vipe Cloud has for us.

The overall experience with VipeCloud has been amazing. The customer service with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been far superior to other companies I have worked with. When I was having some issues of emails bouncing, he spent time with me to figure out the problem and how to fix it.

Pros

My favorite part of working with VipeCloud is how easy the software is to use. I do not consider myself tech savy and I had no problem learning how to create an email or edit an email. The end product looks professional and helps my business succeed.

Cons

Not really any issues that I have had with VipeCloud.

I use Vipecloud almost every day to communicate with my sales force members. I also pay for a virtual assistant to create content that goes out to both sales force members and to my customers! I value that my emails are delivered and the quality of my communication is beautiful!

I have no complaints or dislikes about VioeCloud!

Pros

I’ve been using VipeCloud for a year, primarily creating email templates for customers and business partners. I learned how to produce html templates on my own with the aid of the many help videos. These are emails that are more likely to get opened and not ignored, and isn’t that what we all want?

Cons

It takes a little time to learn the html forms, but it’s worth the effort.

So far, we had an amazing experience. I would like to mention that the support is incredible team, they always help and get back to me super fast.

Pros

We think Vipecloud is an amazing software to create newsletter and send out bulk emails with that.

Cons

VipeCloud is the first software that I use for my company. However, there are some features such as poll, meme, small video that would be amazing to be include when we set up social media posts.
