Great - their videos are super useful to learn how to do everything. I must have contacted the support team at least 5 times during our set up and they have always been very helpful.

Pros

For a small business, we were looking for something simple, easy to use, and a good value. We found it in Vipecloud.

Cons

With multiple users, it was not easy to share contacts, templates, etc. Or maybe we didn't know how.

It's been phenomenal. The team is incredibly responsive to my needs. They answer questions and have been very adaptable to things that come to mind. The service is great.

Pros

It just keeps expanding in its capabilities. It's pretty easy to learn. I've been able to teach myself how to add in Zap integrations. It's an all-in-one system with CRM, contacts, automations, scheduler, newsletters.

Cons

I don't love the way the embeddable forms look. They're fine, but don't look great integrated onto my Squarespace pages.

As a nonprofit with limited resources, it was imperative that we received strong training, and timely customer support as we set up our automations and integrations to our Donation Platform, GiveButter.

Pros

The onboarding, training and support is "Best in Class". Working with Drew!

Cons

it's a positive in reality but as they are growing there are improvements in integration and functionality that are in progress.

Pros

Amazing Customer Service, Quick Response time, Landing Page for each email. Great tool for Professionals, captures CRM in one spot.

Cons

That not everyone is enjoying it. I have so many friends who choose VipeCloud as the go to for communication.

My experience with VipeCloud has been outstanding. The product is rock solid and works as advertised. As mentioned above, their support is among the best I have experienced. I had a small issue on a newsletter late at night (self inflicted) and had a fix first thing in the morning.

Pros

I migrated from Zoho back to VipeCloud due to lack of compatibility between all of the Zoho products. VipeCloud is rock solid and works from one database. Lastly, their support is outstanding - quick, precise and super helpful.

Cons

Overall the experience with VipeCloud is excellent. My only concern is that I wish all of the features were available in the lower cost version. Otherwise, a great product.

Pros

I like that my email can be sent to very large groups and that it is a very professsional looking email and page set up

Cons

It takes a little more time to write and email and insert links and pictures than just using a standard email program.

Pros

It goes out to everyone I want it to in just a few minutes. I tend to use the same things over and over- but I find it easy to do. My assistant does most of the work!

Cons

I would like tutorials easy to find to instruct us on how to do certain things. As I said, my assistant does most of the work, but somethings I have to personally do, and it takes me a while to get through them

This is the must have product for an executive wanting to maintain a sales force and a customer base ; yet still be able to take a vacation. This year was the first carefree 2 week vacation I was able to have with my family.
