I like the video tutorials I can watch to learn how to use features. Pros It "looks" very similar to Outlook and therefore I can bounce in and out of Vipecloud and feel familiar. February 9, 2021 5.0 It improves communication & is easier to use Pros I think the most important thing that I like about VipeCloud is the ease of use. It is very user friendly and simple to learn how to use it. I use it mostly for email communication & social media strategy, and automation of both. I also use it to store content, and this is invaluable to be able to share short links. I've been very pleased with it so far. Cons I appreciate the tutorial videos on YouTube when I don't know how to use a feature. I haven't found much that I don't like yet. Pros I love the capabilities to customize so much about emails and schedule emails and social media posts so I can plan so much easier. Cons There are a few features that can be difficult to learn or figure out without help, but we have been able to get help in using the software. Cons Although the interface is mostly intuitive and easy to navigate, there are times when the menu structure and options can be a bit overwhelming and difficult to understand, so it has taken me a while to get used to and quickly find the features that I need. need. Cons Only negative I have found are some of my post and emails get read less and I believe it is because it says …posted by “Vipecloud”, at the bottom of them. I know Facebook makes this process happen, so really no fault of Vipecloud. Good and prompt customer service Good uniformity across apps and desktop platforms as opposed to limited options of what you can do with apps of other services Cons Would like to access the opened email through a link in the opened email alert Limited editing capability from my iPad.
