Pros I love that I can easily email my whole team, or just a select group of people, so quickly and easily! This software is a game changer! Cons I just wish that the phone app had more capability. Whereas in the past, the same clients were appreciative of the value added communications I was sending. Pros Easy to navigate, use, dashboards are used often as a quick reference point Cons Initially, I was not a fan of having VipeCloud have access to my email activity. It was duplicated and sometimes distracting verses having all emails in one areas (outlook). I've since disabled that feature.
