"Appalling Service"

**Overall:** Basement level user testing service that cannot schedule effectively. Does not fulfil its commitments and without a doubt the clunkiest testing service on the market.

**Pros:** Nothing... very clunky to use. Software difficult to use effectively.

**Cons:** Disorganised scheduling; contemptible customer support; no support to its user community; does not pay its "guarantee". Do not touch this company.
