Pros: - Powerful analytics features

- Fair price, it saved us a lot more

- Customer support, very friendly and fast

Cons: - Hard to use, sometimes it was very difficult to understand what's going on and what's I'm supposed to do

- Few integrations with external web analytics services

- No extra teammates on Starter plan, we had to use a shared login

Overall: We at Tango & Cash have experienced some issues with checkout process: conversion from the first step to transaction was extremely low. We couldn't figure out where people get lost for a long time. The thing is that Google Analytics couldn't show it to us because our checkout has one URL but different steps. All we had to do with the Cxmap is to install their tracking pixel and to set up a number of events which reflect the checkout flow. Of course, it wasn't as easy as I described... the code itself is very similar to GA code, so that was not a problem. But the real nightmare for us was to understand how to draw a customer journey and how to put all these events on the map and how to read the map and to interpret all that stuff like drop-offs and so on... But guys from support team showed us how to deal with all that and... MAGIC!! we saw that people in checkout act quite differently from what we expected them to! We began to change the process step by step and benchmarked the results (they have special feature for that called 'Experiments') and after several weeks we got amazing results! The most important is that Cxmap made users' behavior very transparent and easy to understand.

Pros: I was able to get all the data in one place and see the real numbers for each step of my sales funnel. There is no need to address multiple services anymore as everything is available in cxmap. Truly great. Check out the experiments as well. They are sick!

Cons: It was a bit difficult to start, but so much worth it.

Overall: I was looking for a software that would allow customer journey mapping in order to increase my customer's overall satisfaction. I knew there were problems at some point, but could not locate them as I had no understanding what my clients were actually doing.
