Pros: - It is easy to use in the first step

- If you can use the fasttrack point you can see that are very useful

Cons: - When you need to do special things the tool it's a little bit more complicated.

- I would like to see the same structure in LSW that the structure that I have in the community. This must be happen in real time.

- I would like to have the tool in spanish.

Pros: It is a very useful tool to control and monitor the contents of social networks and offer an immediate response and a better customer support service, it is easy to use with a friendly platform that also allows assigning a specific content to the work team

Cons: You have to improve the post tracking tool, in addition to the use of automatic words and tags so that you do not miss any information that is not within the content that interests us

Pros: Is a very friendly platform, easy to learn to use, it is a very useful tool to handle a large number of aspects of social media, it allows you to track and analyze the different data, conversations and volumes of aspects that are made in the media

Cons: The platform does not present major problems, perhaps certain aspects of the mobile application could be improved much more to facilitate and expand its use

Pros: It's intuitive. I downloaded it, installed it, and it guided me through exactly how to get started with it.

Cons: I suppose the banality of social media in general, but that's not really a knock on the application.
