Pros That I can file forms myself at a fraction of the cost of what I was being charged Cons When importing 1099 vendor information from Quickbooks Desktop, the Business Name or the vendor gets swapped with the contact information. Operations Insurance Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Horrible user interface" January 12, 2022 1.0 Have to use it to file 1099 because Intuit/Quickbooks doesn't do that automatically like the W-2's etc. However the vendor data and my data doesn't even auto-import when accessing this service through Quickbooks. What a joke. Pros Nothing except I have to use it to e-mail/mail 1099's Cons The user interface is ridiculously bad. I can't even believe this is allowed to exist. It's from 1991, no joke. It's REALLY slow and clunky and has zero flow. I don't know when this was last updated but going to guess 1992. It is not intuitive at all, there is no smooth workflow. Review Source MB Marilynn B. Did call support once a few years back and was able to resolve with any issues. I cannot remember who helped me, however there were awesome and knowledgeable. Pros Mostly, the easy if use. Pros I first liked that it let my efile returns that other websites did not Cons I've had so many issues with efiled returns. Their website tells me something is efiled, then I get notices saying the IRS never received the return. This has happened about 3 times.
