I'm so glad I am able to use this program! Pros I like the templates you can set up to go along with your proofs each time you send. I like how easy it is to drag and drop files in Ziflow and how you can copy and paste email addresses easily into Ziflow as well. Cons I wish it was easier to get back to the home screen. " March 29, 2021 5.0 As a project manager, Ziflow allows you to track all project activity. I like the ability to have all feedback, edits, approvals, etc. in one platform. Pros We've been using Ziflow to proof our company's high-detailed packaging files. The software is a great for cross-functional project management and streamlines workflows. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve for a few team members. Also, it would be great to replace a file in a version without having to create a new version. Review Source jV jim V. We no longer rely on emails to send collaborators notes on changes. Our proof workflow has improved so that communication is documented in a single place and makes revisions much easier. Pros We use Ziflow to keep the back and forth design process to a minimum by uploading a proof and allow the review process to run its course. It's great to see the comments documented to specific parts of the proof and what needs to be edited or fixed. The notifications are particularly beneficial for nudging collaborators to do their part. Cons Minor issues are the site can load slow at times or proof page delays. Review Source CH Cari H. We demo'd quite a few proofing tools before landing on Ziflow. It was the easiest to use of all the tools we demo'd and required very little admin or user training before we were up and running. Pros Easy adoption/onboarding process required very little training Always releasing new features and updates Good Support/IT Cost Accountability for reviewers, dashboard easy to view the status of proofs for Admin Staged Approvals, and custom messages Cons We are using ASANA as our company-wide workflow solution. It makes it extremely easy to follow along and nothing gets missed. Pros The ease of use for both us and our clients is the best feature of Ziflow. The user-friendly interface makes the process of proofing our creatives as smooth as could be. Cons haven't been able to fully dive into all the technical features that Ziflow provides so there's nothing I dislike as of yet. Really helpful to have someone walk through the software with you and answer questions unique to your business needs. Clearly organised and intuitive. Cons No default daily digest. I always forget to change it and have hourly reports. With multiple pieces of packaging uploaded in one go it can fill up your inbox quickly. They enjoy the ease of viewing and marking up proofs, as well as the ability to compare past versions side by side. Pros I love that it keeps all proofs in one place and my clients can review changes throughout the various versions during the review process. Cons Setting up projects can be incredibly confusing until you learn the differences between the stages and the roles of reviewers, decision makers.
