Graphic Designer Design Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Perfect for Remote teams" January 12, 2021 5.0 Pros Really easy to use and to encourage collaboration for remote teams. Easy for all reviewers to see each other's comments in one place, and to bounce ideas off of each other. Although it's the perfect solution while we are working home during COVID, I think this software could even be great for in-office use to not only save paper, but to keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Cons Honestly I haven't run into any major complaints with the software. It's easy to both write and receive feedback, and then save that feedback to a server for future reference. Pros The ease of use to mark-up the document, both with internal teammates and external people, is very nice. It keeps the comments organized and easy to review as well as mark complete. Cons The behind the scenes admin set up is a little extensive - I wish that was a little bit more straightforward. Switched from [Adobe PDF Library](https://www.capterra.com/p/232963/Adobe-PDF-Library/) I needed a more robust option that kept proofs and comments together, while looking more professional at the same time. Pros I love that this product allows multiple users to add feedback on a document or web link. It has been useful for reviewing e-newsletters, new webpages, and regular documents that need to go through a proofreading process. I guess plain boring interface. Definitely not a deal breaker though.
