I've been impressed by what they've been able to do for me. As an older person, my knowledge of the internet/computers is limited when compared to the younger generations. This often creates frustration for me. I can honestly say, there are no worries with your system. You've been prompt, understanding, patient, and extremely friendly. Thank you.

Pros

When I wanted to raise my standing in my market...you called me. You were friendly, prompt, courteous, and informative. An overall pleasant experience/conversation.

Cons

I would have to say, I haven't found any Cons. I would like it if they could help me to improve my standing on Zillow. I don't care for Zillow much, but the public at large do use it.

Great platform, I have been using it for years. Its nice to send the link to clients so you can get manual reviews, and nice to consolidate all your review sites into 1 to use!

Pros

Its a great source to put all your reviews into one spot, so any customers can get a full shot of all the info and reviews before working with someone etc.

Cons

Nothing really negative. I like you can link socials and the only thing is, sometimes its hard to get the client to leave a review, it would be good if they got a TEXT also and not just an email. Would see more reviews for sure!

### "Great tool, flawed ranking system"

If collecting reviews on automation is all you're looking for, this is a great product. They also created a leaderboard of professionals in each city. They create the rules for what gets you to the top of the leaderboard, which many of the rules are logical (who has the highest quality and count of reviews). The illogical rule is that one day they abruptly changed the ranking logic to where your web presence is part of the ranking criteria (you can look at your ranking over time and see they day when you drop). Whether or not you rank high on the web should have the weight it does with you being seen as a high rated, high performing professional in the city. The only way to get ranked high on their web presence criteria is if you buy their add-on service to extend your web presence. This immediately changed the rankings to where only those professionals paying for the extended web presence, which alone could be a great feature, are the ones at the top, regardless of if they are the highest ranking professionals by review quality and count. This undermines their entire system and makes their business untrustworthy, as it is a pay-to-win structure. They created a system for them to win at - a business move that may have sounded good from the start, but it is only good for their customers willing to pay. I'm sure the business model will work for them still, as they'll be servicing less clients but at a higher revenue per client. I believe however this change will result in the inability for them to grasp the market with widespread adoption of their review software.

Pros

The integration with our CRM for automatic review requests after a deal closing is wonderful. The integration with Google business listing is top notch as well.

Cons

They created a pay-to-win scenario that undermined all the positive impressions i had about the company.

Overall, good! I've managed to be in the top 1% Nationally, and I utilize that fact in my marketing!

Pros

That it goes out automatically, and that it goes out to the Realtor as well.

Cons

That most questions are on a scale of 5, with the last one being a 10. Some people don't realize that, or just can't bring themselves to give a 10 on anything.

Overall, it has been a good experience. I now have reviews, and it's really easy to have my clients give me reviews.

Pros

I like that they worked with me to bring over reviews from a previous company i was working for (they paid for experience.com reviews), to my new one.

Cons

It took some time to pull my reviews over from my previous company, and i had to get involved alot more than i was let to believe. If i hadn't stepped in to look for all my previous reviews, i'm not sure they would have transferred from my previous company

I am not satisfied with my overall experience with the product, especially when compared to an elite subscription. It requires using multiple social media platforms to accurately gauge your presence. Instead, the focus should be on measuring the quality of that presence rather than the quantity. Additionally, the lack of support after purchasing the product is frustrating. Overall, I feel it was a wasteful investment.

Pros

I like how all reviews from all platforms lump into one setting for prospective clients to see. It's nice to have one clean platform for clients and being able to see how you stack up as an LO in your given area.

Cons

We do not "own" the reviews. My Google reviews, Facebook reviews, Zillow reviews, etc are all mine without me paying for anything. If I cancel Experience.com, I lose those reviews.

I enjoy getting the feedback from recently closed clients. The response rate since using experience.com is much higher than other products used in the past.

Pros

I like the ease at which a client can leave a review and also the ease at which you can reply to that review. I also love that you can point future clients to the site and see your reviews.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like about experience.com. I have had internal review software in the past and I feel like I didn't get the number of responses from clients as I would like. This product makes it easy for the client to review you and it's out there for the public to see.
