It's another thing for me to keep track of if I really want to be successful with it and there are so many other things that I use daily already.

Pros

Fun to see the competition between me, my co-workers and other loan officers in my area. the graphics are great!

Cons

It's not widely used by our industry. If I never used it at all, it wouldn't make a difference. Realtors don't wan to pay for "another thing" and they are already paying for a lot of tools, or, at least their company is.

I wish that there was a way to dispute some of the reviews. I had one negative review that I reported to Experience.com. The client was not happy with her agent, not me. Experience.com declined my request to remove that negative review, and that affected my overall score.

I like the way it gamifys getting referrals and allows you to compare yourself to other loan officers both in your company and competitors in your market.

Cons

Customer service has been a challenge at times. I tried to sign up for some add on pro features and had some issues.

Started out great. Went very quickly to crap. I highly recommend staying away from this service, they dont seem like they have everything ready to do all the things they say they will do.

Pros

Sounded easy to set up and like there would be great support! They suck you in and dont do much for your online presence and dont allow you to cancel for the services you dont get when you want to cancel. Terrible service, no cancellation policy, they give you absolutely no help.

Cons

Cancellation policy and no help. No person to talk to, slow response from support email box. I don't have time to wait on this team to get back to me, they need a support staff to help, and I haven't see anything. Nobody is very helpful, they all sound nice, but its not there.

Experience increases our SEO efforts for us by ensuring we get more help in the markets we serve by increasing our brand recognition.

Pros

Being able to automatically share reviews to other platforms when they are completed, mainly social media, allows us to increase our brand recognition instantly. I also love being able to reply to reviews all in one location rather than having to sign-in to multiple platforms to answer the same review.

Cons

I wish it would push reviews to platforms such as Google and Yelp without having to have partners and clients leave multiple reviews for us in different places.

### "Pray you don't run into tech issues, their support team does NOT respond"

I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced on a technology platform. As an enterprise customer, our company has been reassigned Account reps 3x in the last year as we migrated from Social Survey to Experience. Their new platform is loaded with development bugs that have impacted our business and reputation but no one is responsive to answer questions or fix these issues. I've been waiting on help from billing issues for the last 6 months but due to all the customer service changes, nothing has been done - just passing me along and giving me the runaround with nothing accomplished. Recently, my account rep left the organization and I was not notified of her departure nor assigned a new rep. After searching for her supervisor on Linkedin to ask who my new rep would be, I was told they were restructuring and their customer success team responsibilities were now being routed to the "concierge" support team. I was told to contact the same support team that hasn't responded to ANY of my emails, calls or voicemails in the last month. I find it ironic that their mantra is "Create Wow" for their customers and they can't even respond to the people who are paying for their services. Wow is certainly the reaction I've had with Experience lately...but not in the good way. Wow of disbelief that they could care SO little for their customers.

Pros

We have a gateway survey to help us gauge our customers' experiences before we ask for their recommendations on other platforms.

Cons

Development, customer service, support are all non existent.
