There is no template and duplicating projects is very buggy. I spend more time fixing the the issues than managing our proejcts. Pros The time sheet works really well and we love the project planner. Cons Tasks are difficult to duplicate, create, and remove. The tasks need to be simplified. I find my self using tasks on outlook instead. Pros I very much like the ease of use, intuitive graphics, good web design. Timekeeping capabilities are quick and painless. Forecasting is robust. I generally love not having to keep dozens of excel spreadsheets anymore. Cons I'd love for invoices to have the option to include hourly itemized breakdowns. In forecasting I'd like to see projected hours vs available hours to better manage manpower and hiring needs. Reason for choosing Monograph my previous firm started using monograph and I found it to be intuitive, easy to use, helpful when potentially scaling. April 16, 2021 5.0 Overall very positive, have had meetings with the developers and found them very friendly and engaging, i find the software easy to use, and enjoy tracking my time here! Pros This software is very user-friendly, gives me all the information on my organization and current product i need to know off hand, and helps me plan and plan out my weekly hours to allocate time for each project. Cons A reminder could be a cool new feature, integrated into your computer, at a set time each day (say 8 am when you log on or 5-5:30 when you log off) reminding you to log your hours for the day! I can chat someone in real time whenever I have a question and they really work through the issue until it is solved. Pros Monograph makes it easy to both plan for projects and quickly see a clear overview of them. The colors are also helpful in quickly differentiating one project from another. Monograph allows you to see how much time employees are spending on what projects. Cons I wish there was a feature for general office use where someone who is not working on a specific project, but instead the business itself, could use the timer. Cons I wish the activities in the timesheets could be attached to a phase so that you can only pick an activity within that phase and not any activity for a different phase. Our team uses Monograph on a virtual, weekly planner meeting to discuss and outline the sequence of work. There are many months with lots of invoicing and others with none; sometimes I feel like I've taken on too much work and not paced it out; and then there's the rough estimates of how much invoicing / projected invoicing I have t. This product helps me schedule, project, invoice, and keep track of projects. Pros I love how easy this product is to implement scheduling, staffing, forecasting invoicing and billing. Cons I'd love an app for the software (which they are working on), and I'd love for something that ties in being able to issue proposals. I know its not part of their product, but it seems so inclusive that having a spot to include project drawings, specifications, and site meeting notes would make it a one stop shop.
