Too much time spent entering hours in and working with admins to make sure they are billed properly over the years. This makes it so much easier. Pros Having to account for every hour worked, once a project is entered, it's easy to access and add to the timecard. Updating in real time when hours are inputted, it's easy to see if an hour or two hasn't yet been entered. Cons When working on 15+ projects a week, it would be great if they just automatically appear each week with the phases so don't have to spend time on choosing these options. I would only have to revise when entering a different phase in the project. Tracking time and expenses for projects is simpler and faster than other methods. Web based program instead of installed program prevents software programs and integrates customer support in if necessary Pros It's easy to use. The features are intuitive so employees don't have to feel like it's a hassle to keep up with office administration which is our least favorite part of the job. Pros Being able to visually see project timelines and set benchmarks. Cons I haven't used the timesheet since we use a separate system for tracking time and I get an email reminder to fill out my timesheet from Monograph. I don't know how to turn that off. Navigation is simple. Cons Our firm pays us 2x/month, so the hours are always added up either on the 16th or 1st of the month. However the input for Monograph is only weekly, making extra work of using multiple timesheets per pay period, and unsubmitting timesheets to re-add hours if the pay period ended midweek. It would be far easier to have timesheets be by a bimonthly pay period if we desired. I brought this to Monograph's attention, but so far this problem has not been addressed. Pros Monograph was very easy and intuitive and we were able to get it populated very quickly Cons We'd love to see the ability to do forecasting since most of the information needed is already entered into the tool. February 14, 2022 5.0 The interface, although very visually pleasing, it is hard to tell what icon does what. Eg, starting to time a project, where do I change my previous hours from last week... etc. Pros The interface is much more visually appealing than all the programs I have used. Cons The time tracker itself is confusing inputting time through not full time eg. 0:70 minutes and not 1:10 (1 hour and 10 minutes) I am used to this "1:10" layout since I have to do math for the "0:70". Pros I like Monograph for it's clear layout and easy to use and read displays. It is easy to navigate to find what you need to track your own time and time spent overall on a project. I don't like to email someone asking for help and they tell you click the blue bubble on Monograph and ask question. I want to know I have a live person on the other end of my phone call or my email assisting. Pros It is pretty easy to navigate around the program. That's to be expected. Overall been a very good experience Pros That it solves our need to have some insight to how we're spending time. Rather than thinking we are spending too much time on a project or too little, we'll now know the reality and manage forward. Cons The invoicing template is really limited. Pros I like the ease on how to use the software. Being able to customize the software for my use is a big plus. Cons My general lack of understanding would be my main cause for a con, whihc reflects none on the software itself.
