It features seem to be built perfectly for what we need to do and use as an architecture firm. Cons I wish there was a way to translate projects from Quickbooks or other outside service to Monograph so we could make the transition to Monograph easier. Cons Some big issues I have with software are 1)if I'm working on adding time to a previous week that is not the current week and I have to view another part of software and then go back to adding time to that previous week, the software goes to the current week and not the week I was working on, so I end up wasting time working on the wrong week without realizing it! 2) Software doesn't seem to recognize key strokes very well, have to punch things in twice - don't know if that issue would be on my end or on Monograph Review Source Response from Monograph May 20, 2022 Thank you for your feedback! Monograph came on board, and it was incredible. A low cost, easy to use interface that allows us to track revenue, and manage our projects. The interface is great for my team, and it allows them to track project time and see tasks anywhere. Pros I really like the user interface and the great product support. It is easy to track time on multiple projects on a daily and weekly basis, and the project view dashboard makes it easy to see how many hours have been spent on each project relative to the fee. Overall great tool and far superior to the outdated and clunky softwares that I have used previously for architectural project management. Cons Honestly, no complaints at all. Cons What I like least is that I have to convert the time into decimal form, instead of being able to log time periods in time form. I also enjoy the ability to access it from any device. Cons I find it inconvenient that I can't create an invoice as a consultant for a single client that allows me to reference multiple projects.
