"Great support Team!"

**Overall:** I am glad I took the subscription. It has helped me a lot in my research journey. I find my papers summarized in no time.

**Pros:** So I have been using the Researcher Plan for a year now. I like the platform and how easily it is to get the summary of papers. I am happy with the always quick response of the customer service team and their resolution of my queries.

**Cons:** Sometimes the website gets slow and finding menus and options takes a while. Some improvement on the interface would do magic.

"Buyer Beware of Aggressive Auto-Renew Practices for a Mediocre Tool"

**Overall:** Overall, the tool was 3 stars. I stopped using it as Chat GPT was just as good and more versatile. The customer service is terrible, and they provide no way to escalate issues.

**Pros:** The AI features were neat at first, but they are not as good as the paid version of Chat GPT. The summaries (like most AI now) are not all that accurate.

**Cons:** BUYER BEWARE! - This service will charge your card without providing advance notice forever unless you cancel. They have a 24-hour timeline to cancel, and if you miss it by even a few hours, they will not provide any refund for a year's membership.
