Focused, ease of use and exactly what we need right now.

Pros

The ease of use of this tool is perfect. The tool is tailormade to our needs. The tool is focused, and shows you only the things that you need to see and use. When i'm in need of new features the supportteam respons very quickly and analyses if its a one time job or repetitive so the focus of the tool stays in place. We don't see a milion possibilities that makes the usability harder, but only the things we need.

Cons

As it is tailormade, the things you can do on your own are limited. But again, it also keeps the tool easy to use, instead of getting complex.

Reasons for choosing eTEAM

Our sistercompany Saint-Gobain Gyproc Belgium already started with the implementation. Also the MDMCenter of Riversand is more complex to setup and maintain than eTeam.
