## What is Clockodo?

With Clockodo, users can track company work times, match time entries to employees, customers, and projects, as well as add services via app and PC. Users can generate individual, employee and absence reports with this data and keep track of all projects. By connecting seamlessly to billing apps, Clockodo enables users to transfer time tracking data to invoices. Users can keep track of their budget with hourly rates or hard budgets. Time can be tracked automatically with the stopwatch.

Flexibles Eintragen der Arbeitszeit. Einfaches korrigieren, übersichtlich in der Stundenanzeige. Unkomplizierte Antragsstellung bei Urlaub etc.

Cons

Die Anzeige der verfügbaren Überstunden. An sich ist diese zwar nachvollziehbar, ich rechne trotzdem immer nach. Hier wären bessere Schlagwörter besser.

Pros

Clocko:do begleitet mich seit über 5 Jahren. Ich kann sowohl mein eigenes Tracking als auch das Tracking meiner Mitarbeitenden darüber abbilden. Die Verbindung zum Abrecnungsprogramm und die komplette Individualität beim Baukasten und den Auswertungen ist fantastisch. Der Support ebenso.

Cons

Es gibt eigentlich nichts was ich bemängeln würde. Bei den neusten Funktionen finde ich es schade, dass sie nur mit der höchsten Lizenz verfügbar sind.

Clockodo macht das Arbeiten einfach viel angenehmer! Alles ist klar strukturiert, super schnell zu erfassen und gibt mir jederzeit den perfekten Überblick. So kann ich mich voll und ganz auf meine Arbeit konzentrieren, ohne mir Gedanken um die Zeiterfassung machen zu müssen. Schade, dass ich Clockodo erst seit zwei Jahren über meinen neuen Arbeitgeber kenne. Für mich ein absolutes Must-have.

Pros

Clockodo ist einfach fantastisch! Die Zeiterfassung ist kinderleicht und super übersichtlich und fix in der Handhabung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und schnelle Support, man fühlt sich immer bestens betreut.

Cons

Keine Nachteile – Clockodo überzeugt in allen Bereichen und macht die Zeiterfassung einfach perfekt!

Meine Erfahrungen sind soweit durchaus positiv. Außerdem ist Clockodo für mich kaum noch wegzudenken.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir an Clockodo, dass ich immer genau weiß wie lange ich für ein Projekt brauche aber auch voraussichtlich brauchen werde für zukünftige Projekte / Arbeiten.

Cons

Stand jetzt gibt es tatsächlich überhaupt nichts negatives meiner Meinung nach. Sollte sich das ändern, kann ich die Bewertung gerne bearbeiten.

Pros

Clockodo ist ein durchdachtes Time Tracking Tool - man merkt, dass sich jemand wirklich Gedanken macht. Es wird aktiv weiterentwickelt - man bekommt regelmäßig Infos zu neuen Funktionen. Das Highlight ist aus meiner Sicht der Baukasten für Berichte, mit dem sich individuelle Berichte einfach per Drag and Drop erstellen lassen. Toll ist auch die Anbindung an externe Tools wie Rechnungsanbieter sowie die API. Wenn man Support benötigt, bekommt man super schnell eine kompetente Antwort.

Cons

Hier fällt mir nicht wirklich etwas ein. Eigentlich lassen sich alle unsere Anforderungen sinnvoll mit Clockodo abdecken.

I really enjoy to be able to attribute a client and a project as I start and pause the clock. But the real deal is to be able to produce a report by time period that turns into an invoice in my Quickbooks online in one click

Clockodo is easy to use. Its user friendly and makes time tracking a smooth experience. I love the time-saving reporting feature of Clockodo, effortlessly generating invoices with a single click.

Cons

I found clocking issues tricky due to unclear settings and lack of documentation, despite efficient team support

Einfache Übersicht. Mitarbeiterrechte sind einfach einzustellen. freundlicher Support, die App ist leider für einen Admin nicht gut bzgl. Anpassung der Einstellungen

Unterschiedliche Auswertungen über Projekte können gezogen werden. Schnittstelle zum Rechnungsprogramm, einfache Erstellung von Rechnungen

Cons

Projekte können überbucht werden, Als Inhaber kannn ich mir keine Projekte zuweisen. Es werden immer alle Projekte beim der Stundeneingabe angezeigt, man kann das Beschreibungsfeld nicht als Pflichtfeld auswählen bei Projekten. Auswertungen der noch verfügbaren Stunden pro Mitarbeiter ist nicht Möglich. kurzfristige frei Mitarbeiter müssen immer mit ins Abo für die Abolaufzeit gebucht werden. Kein Projektleiter auf Kundenseite und in den Berichten einstellbar

Hallo Julian, die Zeiterfassung erfolgt bei Clockodo minutengenau. Für die Abrechnung können die Zeiteinträge im Baukasten für Berichte aber auch auf volle 15 Minuten gerundet werden. Das Abrunden von Zeiten ist nicht möglich. Kommen Sie bei weiteren Fragen gerne auf uns zu.
