La experiencia ha sido buena, el programa se va actualizando a medida de la necesidades de sus clientes .

Pros

Lo fácil de manejar y que lo puedo utilizar en cualquier parte y en el celular .

Cons

No se puede borrar un pago, cuando se ha generado factura ,o si el cliente paga mas de los que cuesta el producto no deja ingresar el pago .

Me gusta de LobbyPms que es una herramienta de fácil manejo y tiene unas excelentes funcionalidades que son indispensables para el buen manejo de mi negocio .

Cons

La funcionalidad que tiene para mover reservas a fecha futura no es tan intuitiva y fácil de entender

Hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia con la plataforma, una vez la entiendes es facíl realizar tareas, se dificulta un poco enseñarle y explicarle a una nueva persona a manejarla y a realizar tareas puntuales del día a día.

Pros

Tener un el servicio POS y poder manejar las reservas en la plataforma, hace que la operación del día a día sea mas sencilla

Cons

Siendo el menú bastante claro en sus opciones, hay muchas otra dentro de los submenu que no son tan claros y dificulta completar ciertas tareas o buscar cierta información, adicionalmente seria fantástico poder discriminar los adultos, de los niños en las reservas y que no te obligue a manejar una tarifa especial para los niños y puedas seleccionarlas tarifas dependiendo de la edad de los niños. Adicionalmente poder trasladar cargos de alojamiento a otras habitaciones y que estas se carguen a los cargos de alojamiento de la nueva habitación y no a los extras y consumos. También poder hacer varias reservas a nombre de una sola persona en la versión móvil. Tenemos un aliado especial, Glamper y nos gustaría tener la integración con su plataforma. entendemos el trabajo de desarrollar estos procesos pero estaría muy bien validar si hay mas establecimientos como el nuestro Glamping usando lobby que quieran la integración y así evaluar su viabilidad.

Podemos gestionar todo con un único programa, ventaja muy importante para evitar errores sobretodo cuando son más personas que usan el programa. Recomiendo el programa también para el customer service, bastante rápido y preciso.

Pros

Lo que más me gustó (y que me hizo comprar el paquete) es la posibilidad de poder administrar todas mis reservas directamente desde un único programa. Programa hecho en manera sencilla para todos. Aún tengo que disfrutar de todas las funciones del programa.

Cons

Cubre todas las necesidades de un hostal como el mío. Me gustaría solo que la conexión con airbnb fuera mejor. No me gusta mucho como es hecho el "punto de venta".

Ya estaba usando Lobby PMS, entonces la posibilidad de tener un programa mas completo y de quitar el otro que estaba usando (con lo que no me encontraba bien) fueron componentes llaves por tomar esta decisión.

ease of use, price, connectivity and fast support, it is in the cloud and can be consulted from a pc or mobile, very stable

Cons

It has allowed us to provide a solution to all hotel needs and its administration, keeping the reservations and their control up to date. They are in constant development and listen to the contributions for future changes
