Love it, do not waste time on other systems. This has everything we need. Real time tracking of projects, data storage and our clients love using it too.

Pros

There are so many pros with Flowzone. It gives you so many layers of information of which you can configure to what you want to see, or what you do not. It is customisable. As we have grown, we have required more features and Flowzone has offered what we need. Our account manager is also on hand for any support if we are unable to make these changes ourself.

Cons

It can take some time to learn, patience is needed, but as mentioned in the pro's support is given from the Flowzone team. Once you start to learn the pathway, you should be all set. I would push for more tutorials via the website, but I could not really say that is a con either.

We were an early adopter of the Flowzone system. Over the years it has developed to become essential to both our internal and external workflow management. Administering multiple customers and their users and being able to customise the environment and workflow to meet their individual requirements, has been very much integral to our business.

Pros

Flowzone project management function brings a simple and easy-to-use workflow. The presentation and format of the information are easy to engage with. The flexibility of the system to customise the user experience is second to none. We have positive feedback from our customers. There is good support from Flowzone and every new release does improve functionality etc.

Cons

There is little to dislike. However, whilst there is no real limit to the customisation, for more complex requests, it can be quite an involved task initially. The introduction of some more bespoke/specific functionality would be beneficial.

We have had Flowzone for multiple years now and we work all our clients via this system in different ways. Different clients have different requirements and engagements with he system. The flexibility that Flowzone (and supporting team) brings allows that to happen.

Pros

The benefits of project management that flowzone brings is very simple and easy to use. Also as an admin, being able to add client change requests and tailor to specific needs is a great asset. The support that the Flowzone team offer is second to none also.

Cons

The system is really flexible and can be modulated to accomodate client and internal needs. However sometimes with the amount of options, it can be easy to get confused by them all. So perhaps a simpler options going forward would be beneficial.

Pros

I love the fact that we are able to continually evolve our system which means we care constantly able to adapt our artwork department to meet our environment. \[sensitive content hidden\] from FlowZone is amazing. He understands that we work to extremely tight deadlines and that sometimes we need immediate answers/help and is so responsive and really understand the vision we have for FlowZone within our company. I'm excited to see where we can take this within our artwork department in the future

Cons

There is so much you can do with FlowZone but this can take some time to learn and I have a very busy role so this has been a gradual process for me over the last couple of year. As an administrator I do ensure that I train all new people so they know what they need to do within their specified roles

The team are super friendly and supportive, offering their expert knowledge to help better the system and usage. The system was implemented in a quick and timely manner and catered to all the needs expected. It is user friendly and intuitive which is perfect when teams are constantly changing and evolving. Flowzone also has the capability to grow and adapt to changing needs, which makes it the most suitable platform.

Pros

The system was seamlessly implemented in a way that suited internal and external needs. It is user friendly and intuitive meaning that it didn't take up a lot of on-boarding time and anyone in the team could quickly get to grips with this fantastic platform. The ability to have version control on documents and also compare annotations/notes was a game-changer for quick artwork approvals and comparisons. Implementing Flowzone has really helped streamline artwork and workflow management, giving the wider team full visibility on the progress.

Cons

I cannot fault Flowzone. It has worked a treat for us and was exactly what we were looking for.

Flowzone is a great tool for our business, as it helps us managing projects, managing the approval process, ease up the workload and the ambiguity . It is also a great database for our artworks . Is an adaptable software, always updating it to our needs.

Cons

I've been using FZ for circa 10 moths now, it has moved our workflow along so quickly! The support I've had has been amazing.

Pros

Such an easy product to fit into your business (rather than trying to fit your business into an MIS system) It is so adaptable and the chaps at FZ have come up with solutions for all my needs!

Cons

Cant think of any right now...I have come up against functions it couldn't do straight away, but after a few conversations with the FZ team solutions have been found!
