Solamente estuve probando la demo durante una prueba de estudio para práctica de organización. Es un muy buen recurso a la hora de hacer análisis de la información.

Pros

Es interesante la versatilidad para lo que puede ser utilizado dentro de una empresa. Me gustaron los detalles que incluían dentro de la versión demo porque dan una buena vista de lo que puede ofrecer el software como que este vinculado con Microsoft Teams.

Cons

Hace falta una mejor experiencia en la interfaz de usuario para asimilar los recursos que ofrece puesto que puedo ser confuso durante una primer uso. También es de recomendar una mejor documentación para evitar cometer errores.
