Pros

It's easy and functional. The program is not complicated at all and is actually simple to navigate which is a plus, not complicated at all. Simple is good. It's certainly helped customers reach out to us more than they did before using JivoChat, and that is a huge plus.

Cons

My only issue is, I think the chat /message box is a little deceptive, there are not icons, green online displays or anything else displaying if we're online or offline so customers are entering their information and expecting an immediate response. Some start typing "hello, hello" and we're not even online. I think if we're online it should display such or vice versa. Also, the chat box keeps popping up. I can't seem to find a setting to be able to adjust how often this occurs and we've had some customer's complain because once the box is up, it blocks product information, so being able to minimize the chat box and keep it that way while customers are shopping would be nice. Also it would be nice if you could adjust the size of the chat box.

Pros

The tool is faster and easy to integrate on a website with HTML code in the footer of the website, and you get chatting with clients right away, I like live preview of the messages which help me to see messages of the user before they even send hence resolving their issues faster

Cons

It does not allow the use of custom email for support, and only works with forwarding messages where outgoing messages to clients through the email would go from jive email address

Our team has been using this program for 3 years. This program constantly comes out with good updates that simplify the work and expand the functionality, at the moment it is the most functional chat I know, there are a lot of useful functions for site owners who at times will increase communication with site visitors and increase sales!

For all my 3 years of working with this program, I have never encountered any problems, for all questions you can get help from supporting the application on their website at any time.

Easy to use - until you need help - then they vanish

Cons

While it was easy enough to use starting out, their customer service is horrible! Delayed responses, uncaring about client needs - even when you want to PURCHASE more!

I am using JivoChat for my chat service. I especially love the callback feature. You can add your business phone as caller id and receive the call on the app, in desktop browser, or on a phone number you specify. I am gradually boosting my conversion rate with this app.

Pros

I really liked all of the great features and integrations that make JivoChat a great asset for your business. It’s a very easy to use platform, so first time users and new employees will catch on fast.

Cons

It was customizable but it can use a little more options to make it more adaptive depending on your business, such as widgets and more.

There is something I did not like, besides being completely practical

The Web platform is great, and the chat is very efficient, thinking about the group of people that use it with me, the software has served me very well, for people who have ecommerce like me this app is splendid. The contact we have with the client, gives much more confidence and credibility to the work.

Cons

One point of improvement was that when minimizing the window, the software inserts the missing status, even if it is online automatically.

O que sentimos falta é a exportação de todas conversas dos clientes que ficam no histórico, sem ter que abrir um por um. Atualmente tem este recurso, mas é necessário abrir cada mensagem separada. Porém para nós é a unica implementação necessária. Mas isto foi a necessidade de apenas um cliente, onde a equipe não controlava o sistema.
