Pros

The ability to connect to multiple outlets and devices makes sure you don't miss a potential customers message.

Cons

Set up may take some time and the chat box is not that aesthetic. However, it works and that's all that matters and for the price (free) you can't beat it.

Cons

Acho que precisamos de recurso de whatsapp, pelo menos uma widget de site e subir no jivo como lead
