Password reset e-mails do not arrive. Sent multiple support requests and e-mails but all ignored. I can't access my files, I can't even log in to cancel so i am paying for a service I can no longer use. Pros Ease of uploading files and sending links No limit to amount of data storage available Useful file structure to order files Cons No response from "Support" despite sending numerous message and e-mails. Site is often slow and has errors Unable to download Wizard so cannot upload large files. But if you need to storage files and re-use it (from another device, for example) is not the best choice. Pros If your search a cloud-based service to send one time only a file, it's the best one. Cons I think this is very fast and intuitive. Just start from the main page, drag and drop your file into the field and waiting for the upload. Easy! I also like the simple copy link buttons for download and delete links. Cons It maxes out at 300mb. That can make sending larger files more difficult. also, you have to rely on memory or the recipient to delete the file if its sensitive information. The security and user-friendliness of the site also help, however I've found that there are increasingly better options for file sharing and file repositories out there. It's great, and definitely a solid option, but not the most optimal for some situations. Pros Sendspace has a user-friendly interface that allows the average user to upload and share files as soon as they go to the home page of the site. An intuitive and clean design help facilitate this and elevate the user experience. Cons While I've used Sendspace for file sharing of small files, other platforms seem much better suited for large file hosting. Applications like dropbox, google drive, allow for seamless integration with other apps that make this feature of Sendspace a bit redundant. Cons Its just a great application to have negative reviews, however maybe they can just allow for sending of folder instead of having to pick one one.
