Great when it is functional, however it is incredibly frustrating most day because of chronic issues that severely affect the functions of my job.

Pros

It has lots of potential and it could be a fabulous product to aid in efficiency if the company could just fix basic issues.

Cons

There are lots of kinks. When an error does occur, it takes way too long for issues to be resolved. Updates regarding tickets are minimal. Issues are constantly being "escalated" but nothing comes of it.

This has been a pretty terrible experience and in my professional opinion, made our job 1000 times harder.

Pros

There really aren't any pros to this system outside of, attaching information such as implants or venders to a patient's account.

Cons

There are so many cons to this product. Notes aren't visible on all necessary screens, there are constant internal error issues and there are too many clicks through too many screens to get to where you need to go in a patient's chart. On top of the fact that the tag options should be block colors for the appointment to more easily identify what you are waiting on.

It has a been a good experience. As stated above, the system has been easy to navigate.

Pros

The parts of HST that we currently use are very easy to navigate. It is easy to move from page to page.

Cons

Every so often I will have a employee come to me complaining that they can not log into HST, and after looking into the problem, the employee will be inactive.

It is very simple to use. Very user friendly. It's a convenient place to have all of your patient's information all in one place.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I feel that it is reliable. There are some bugs we have encountered but the HST team has always corrected them in a short amount of time.

great, it was so easy to learn and navigate

Pros

It is user-friendly. It saves patients information in the system, so you don't have to start from scratch every time and also lets you know what they owe for it. Also, it has a place for notes which is so helpful for everyone involves - being the OR staff or nursing staff that work with anesthesiologist

sometimes it will change the date on the procedure you just scheduled

I love the ease of patient tracking and uploading patient documents. We have monitors in all patient areas and OR/Procedure rooms.

Pros

Keeping track of our patients for physician and staff use. Ease of finding patient documents.

Cons

I can't think of anything. Sometimes the system goes down and we have issues restarting.

HAVING THE SAVE ICON RIGHT NEXT TO THE CANCEL ICON. THEY SHOULD BE SEPARATED, IF YOUR MOUSE IS NOT DIRECTLY ON IT YOU CAN CANCEL ALL YOU DATA

user friendly system, hst community portal has plenty of training videos available, quick response from customer support

Cons

having to log-in to different portals ex (PM, echart, CC), not having a designated section to document conversation staff had w/ patients like a telephone encounter

I've been using HST for almost a year and a half. The ease of scheduling proposed cases is so simplified.

Pros

The ability and ease of adding notes clinical or administrative to a patient's account.

Cons

The thing I lease like about HST is when the case does not carry over to the PM side.

The tool is user friendly and when questions arise \[sensitive content hidden\] has always went over and above the call of duty to answer my questions or locate the appropriate team member to assist.

Pros

HST is very user friendly tool with amazing reports, which assist with internal reporting. The I.T response time is quick. HST Webinars have been helpful with training as well.

Cons

HST does not give you the ability to enlarge the window view to a full screen.

Pros

It is easy to use. Everything is right there, in one spot. It makes it easy to look up specific cases for any kind of reporting I need to do.

Cons

I do not like how it does not interact with our charting system. Which is not HST's fault.

HST and their staff have been easy to talk too, very responsive and I love this program because of how easy it is to operate.

Pros

I like that HST is easy to use and when using case coordination you are able to cross over all the information which makes life easy.

Cons

I just wished when accepting a case that the documents crosses over, but you have to either manually import it, or print and rescan into patients charts
