Overall I like using it. User friendly. Easy to learn.

Pros

It is mostly easy to use for anyone. The layout is nice.

Cons

Sometimes it does not save my notes. Apparently, we have to write notes in Amkai for notes to for sure save.

I used to be able to attach multiple documents at one time and now I have to attach them one by one

Pros

I like the fact that I can text patient's about their appointments and fee's due.
