It has a been a good experience. As stated above, the system has been easy to navigate.

Pros

The parts of HST that we currently use are very easy to navigate. It is easy to move from page to page.

Cons

Every so often I will have a employee come to me complaining that they can not log into HST, and after looking into the problem, the employee will be inactive.

Negative, the response time with issues is poor. Even when the issues are a safety risk.

Pros

I like when the program is working correctly.

Cons

The program itself has a lot of functional issues. When you try and get help. Response time is poor and communication on issues is poor. We have had issues with this program continuously. Was told by staff its out internet or computer. Got better internet and new computers and still having the same issues. So frustrated with this whole program. It adds so much extra work and wasted time in my day.

It is easy to use. Everything is right there, in one spot. It makes it easy to look up specific cases for any kind of reporting I need to do.

I do not like how it does not interact with our charting system. Which is not HST's fault.

I enjoy the ease of use, the notification customizations when adding or canceling cases, and the colored bullet points when information has been uploaded during the scheduling process.

Pros

I love the status board and the way you can customize the information for the department that is using it.

Cons

I wish that the status board would communicate with the echart version of HST as the patient moves through their surgical experience.
