Overall it's been a pretty solid experience, customer service has been helpful too. It's been a mostly positive review, and I know that this website has so much potential and I'm looking forward to seeing whatever they add next but so far it's been pleasant and it's been awesome.

Pros

I like the most was the layout design of the website it's very sleek and modern. Customer service has been exceptional and pretty good turnaround time. I really liked the announcements feature and I love that announcements get sent to the members inbox and not spam. I like how it shows how many visitors visit my website. I like the payment plan option that's very helpful. I like the donation option.

Cons

I would say I wish there was a monthly payment option for the pro plan or if jersey watch added another plan in between plus and pro, something more affordable. Wish that they would add a business domain e-mail in one of their plans. To be able to add gifs to our announcements would be pretty cool. To be able to add a section to purchase merch or equipment would be a neat addition. Perhaps a feature to where you could sub-categorize your contact lists would help with organization. More creative ways to customize announcements, such as different templates. And A feature where it shows you if/when the user clicked the links in your announcement. An option to create a player profile for players.

Their availability to help. Everytime an email or request is sent in a reply comes soon enough and so far all requests have been taken care of.

website design options. I wish there could be more options to consider. each wesbite (or league in our case) could have their own character

Amazing. We're so looking forward to working together. Our website was so antiquated and now it looks eye-catching and place we're proud to show off!

Pros

The communication with all representatives! They were attentive and designers super accommodating with changes or tweaks we asked for. The web design is user friendly as well as admin friendly to be able to make changes easily on our own.

Cons

Some of the features we would have liked are not available quite yet, but everything has been great so far!

I love the platform and the customer service is very timely in making adjustments. Great platform for team management!

Pros

Easy to use. I like the announcements and text messages. Program registration is easy and works great.

Cons

I would like an option to create a online storefront to sell team gear and collect payments. It would be nice if we didn't have the service fees on the registration.

Pros

We’ve been working with Jersey Watch for over a year and have had only positive experiences so far. The product is reliable and easy to use, and the support team is extremely responsive. They reply quickly and genuinely help resolve any questions or issues.

Cons

One improvement that would be helpful is deeper integration with advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta, specifically the ability to place tracking codes directly into the site. Other than that, no major complaints.
