Pros I like the easy of use of this platform. Website design was simple, program setup and management was a breeze. The customer support I’ve received so far has been excellent. Cons It’s a bit pricier than the platform I’ve used before. Also the credit card fee per transaction was unexpected and there is no option to pass the to the participants, I just have to increase the cost of the program to offset it. Other programs I’ve used have a low flat fee per transaction. It gave me just what I was looking for - the ability to easily share information to all families with the fewest tech barriers. Pros It allowed me to deliver messages directly to text and email for all parents without anyone having to download an app! Cons Something happened at some point where my phone, which I primarily use, started to not trust the links. It kept sending me to an error page and I could only use the site on a computer browser. Not sure what that was about. Otherwise awesome!
