Teacher Sports Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great product and easy to use" November 2, 2019 5.0 I am very happy with the product our league has selected and would recommend it to any sports team/league who would like to have a clean site with no additional advertising for a reasonable price. Pros Jersey Watch is easy to use but flexible enough for those who wish to use some coding. The support is exceptional! While trying to figure out what we wanted, the Jersey Watch team was quick to assist me with any questions I had. Since we have been using Jersey Watch, there have been some great features the company has rolled out. I am excited to see what else they add. Cons I wish they had team standings option but I was able to do a workaround and embed a spreadsheet. It would be nice to have the option to select two teams connected to one event so that I am not have to create the event 2 times and assing to each h team schedule. It's been a mostly positive review, and I know that this website has so much potential and I'm looking forward to seeing whatever they add next but so far it's been pleasant and it's been awesome. Pros I like the most was the layout design of the website it's very sleek and modern. Customer service has been exceptional and pretty good turnaround time. I really liked the announcements feature and I love that announcements get sent to the members inbox and not spam. I like how it shows how many visitors visit my website. I like the payment plan option that's very helpful. I like the donation option. Cons I would say I wish there was a monthly payment option for the pro plan or if jersey watch added another plan in between plus and pro, something more affordable. Wish that they would add a business domain e-mail in one of their plans. To be able to add gifs to our announcements would be pretty cool. To be able to add a section to purchase merch or equipment would be a neat addition. Perhaps a feature to where you could sub-categorize your contact lists would help with organization. More creative ways to customize announcements, such as different templates. And A feature where it shows you if/when the user clicked the links in your announcement. An option to create a player profile for players. April 23, 2024 3.0 Jersey Watch seems like a solid platform so far in our first season with them. Some features are definitely limited, but I can see the potential and with the customer service I've received I believe this team is always looking to improve their product. Pros The ease of setup was wonderful and continues to be easy to update and manage my website and program. The customer service is top notch; efficient, caring, and always ready to help. Cons No real reporting functionality and some team management features I would like to have are not available at this time. Registration gets tricky when you many different types of options as it can screw up your limited reporting feature and payment plans. Pros I like the easy of use of this platform. Website design was simple, program setup and management was a breeze. The customer support I’ve received so far has been excellent. Cons It’s a bit pricier than the platform I’ve used before. Also the credit card fee per transaction was unexpected and there is no option to pass the to the participants, I just have to increase the cost of the program to offset it. Other programs I’ve used have a low flat fee per transaction. It gave me just what I was looking for - the ability to easily share information to all families with the fewest tech barriers. Cons Something happened at some point where my phone, which I primarily use, started to not trust the links. It kept sending me to an error page and I could only use the site on a computer browser. They sent me an email upon cancelling to confirm with me and they were so kind and wished me nothing but positivity on my journey with my business. Pros I am honestly so sad to leave Jersey Watch. Everyone was always so helpful and kind. They responded fast when I need help, and so much more. Their system is very user friendly and easy to understand. We feel 100% supported and all of our needs are met. We run four three website through Jersey Watch. Our Community Wrestling program that holds information for our HS, JH and Youth program, our Private Elite Wrestling Club and an annual fundraising event. Extraordinary customer service for a cost effective, efficient program. Pros This software allows multiple administrators to run the program on the back end. I have used many sites before and this is the most user friendly. Limited training of users is needed. If support is required, the Jersey Watch Team responds in a heartbeat. We feel part of their family and they for sure are a part of ours. Cons At times we have a hard time creating registration pages for camps, and club fees. We usually have a complicated fee structure and need costume support. The system handles 99% of our registration needs, but every once in a awhile, we step out of the box. The Jersey Watch Team handles all of it for us immediately.
