Pros Multiple crucial features including inspection tracking, mileage tracking, inventory control, work order management and reporting! Cons Lack of mobility is really the only thing Tatems lacks...an online or app version with touch screen capabilities would improve work flow within the shop. Overall a great program. Thanks for everything Pros ease of information about equipment, work and inventory. Having a quick response from the technical support on providing ability to obtain additional information use and functionality. Cons Not all of the reports run no matter the input information, Wish it had a purchasing module for monitoring, price averaging. Sometimes even though a part quantity is put in as 1 or 2 the quantity in a report (TATEMS report excel) returns 0.001 or 0.002. Review Source AC Angie C. The support is awesome, although we rarely ever need to call on them and we learn and utilize new features all the time with the product. Cons I really have a hard time coming up with any CONS. The program is user friendly and feature packed so it's hard to say what I don't like about it. I'm still trying to figure that out. Review Source SB Sarah B. History of repairs is great. Support team is great when help is needed. Cons The filters do not work. Most of the reports dont really apply and do have enough filters for what I need. Editing work orders from a list, as soon as you edit them, it brings you right back to the beginning of the list rather than keep you where you left off. Its inconvenient to have to scroll and try to figure out where you last were. I wish there was a warning if you are entering part numbers, to prevent duplicate numbers. Pros It makes keeping up with the maintenance of our fleet so streamlined and easy. Our CHP inspector also loves the program for ease of checking. Tatems has exceeded my hopes for the program. Partially owing to the actual IT and customer service being so helpful. And I know that I don't use even a fraction of what is available to me. I look forward to rectifying that! Cons none. Pros Tatems is a great depository for stored asset information that is not as clunky to navigate compared to the expensive software package that is used throughout the entire company. Our fleet division can access VIN's, parts, (including the dates, quantity of parts purchased and cost). As well as track our PM schedules to include our customizable PM check-off list and filter lists. Cons I think the field of view could be larger. Review Source WF William F. May 13, 2022 5.0 Main reason we used it was to track our repairs on all the equipment and see what vehicles were costing us the most to operate. Pros One of the great functions of this software program is the ability to track your employee info as well as maintenance on your vehicles.
