Expansive provides so much flexibility compared to other CAFM systems I have worked with which is a key factor.

Pros

Expansive FM makes our property issues easier to log, faster to resolve, and more transparent—keeping you, the contractor, and the property team all in sync.

Cons

The reporting extracts from Expansive are missing some elements we require however the new analytics platform will alleviate this in the long term.

The launch of the Expansive CAFM system has been a transformative step for David Lloyd Clubs, offering both a streamlined approach for our UK clubs and unprecedented oversight across our European regions. For the first time we will be operating as one, across our clubs in the UK and Europe. As Maintenance Compliance Manager, this system has significantly enhanced our ability to track and manage maintenance activities, ensuring consistent high standards across the business. One of the key benefits of Expansive is the visibility it provides into our operations across Europe. For the first time, I have full oversight into the maintenance activities and compliance metrics of all our European clubs, enabling us to standardise processes and improve efficiency. This visibility ensures we can act quickly and decisively across borders, without losing sight of the individual needs of each location. In addition to the European oversight, Expansive will bring a more streamlined approach to our entire estate including all 105 clubs in the UK. By centralising all maintenance data into one easy-to-use system, it’s now simpler to manage work orders, track inspections, and ensure that we are meeting our compliance requirements. A standout success has been the smooth launch of Expansive in our Dutch clubs. The implementation was seamless and the support from the team at Expansive has been excellent throughout. I am yet to come across anything I do not like, \[sensitive content hidden\] has done an excellent job in ensuring the product meets the needs of the business, making amendments when necessary.

Pros

Easy to understand Dashboard and easy to log jobs accordingly.

Cons

I find the schedules and PPM side of CAFM a little more challenging in the way it is laid out and being able to see a clear picture of what is due/coming up next.

### "What Every Facilities Manager Needs!"

A lot better than our previous CAFM system, due to a more customised notification system but more importantly great support from Expansive.

Pros

The dashboard layout, very easy to use. The internal maintenance dashboard to track jobs and costs. Expansive makes commutations with contractors easy and very manageable

To reply on support to make any changes to the dashboard

Once all information was imputed and we started using the system, we was able to work alongside expansive to add and make changes to suit our business, Expansive has enabled us to streamline our requirements to suit our business, for all and provide real time communication.

Pros

Expansive has helped our company to streamline Statutory Compliance, PPM services and reactive services, to have real time viewing of open jobs and 360 communication with our center's and service providers to have complete visibility on all works and status of each job raised.

Cons

Preparing all the data to be uploaded before scheduled start date took a while to double check but this enable all data being added was correct and had the ability to change afterwards if needed.

Enjoy using expansive it's really easy to use and if we do have any issues we report to the support team who respond quickly to try and resolve for you. It has been a positive move across from our old system for not only reactive jobs but quote and pre planned works also.

Pros

easy to navigate through, the dashboard helps to see where you are with what jobs you have open and also expansive helps you have control over costs on jobs.

Cons

sometimes it can run a bit slow but think that might just be when dealing with a high volume of jobs or when working at home.

I don't use the system as much as the regional teams, but for what I have been using it, its been very helpful.

Pros

That the system is very interactive, there are multiple ways to track a job which is very helpful.

Cons

Every actions goes up as Work order, it would be nice to have option to upload a separate action list which can be monitored internally without adding up to the work orders.

Positive. The team have been great at helping us set up what feels like a custom made product.

Pros

It was well costed compared to other similar products on the market, highly customisable to suit our needs clearing away some sections we did not require which keeps the dashboard specific to us, Staff at expansive are helpful and not sales driven, the product is complete and you don't need to buy expensive bolt-on's to open functionality. The training tutorials are very helpful and will reduces the time and challenges when launching to new people.

Cons

They system (as yet) doe not allow you to email Directly from outlook into it to raise a work order or respond to a job notification.

It’s been really useful for me, we aren’t fully utilising the system yet and have already seen large improvements, I look forward to seeing what’s to come.

Pros

The system is easy to use and intuitive, the calendars make scheduling PPMs much easier and work orders have been streamlined. Our over all compliance has improved since the introduction of Expansive. The support team are always on hand to assist.

Cons

Would prefer to have more triggers / reminders particularly with remedial quotes.

Pros

Product is very intuitive and the Expansive team have dedicated a lot of time to ensuring our account set up is perfect before go-live. We have some quite complex workflows / requirements and they've managed to meet most of them.

Cons

Nothing much to say here, Expansive have been fantastic. My only feedback would be that we have one person dedicated to our account set up so if they're out of office then it can slow things. But this hasn't impacted our go-live timelines.

Personalised service and system tailoring allows us as a function to operate effectively. Having a system that adapts and grows with us is a huge asset to SpaMedica and is the main piece of software we use in faculties.\[sensitive content hidden\] and his team are always on hand to answer any queries we have and help with implementing any changes we have requested, \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team continue to collaborate with us on projects and are forthcoming with any ideas they have that may help our organisation.

I personally find this software easy to use and a great tool for highlighting required maintenance.Extremely user friendly and a huge asset for our company.

All current features are good at present, I think a good additional feature would be for the end user to have the ability to leave feedback whether it be positive or negative on completion of a job.

I feel the Expansive team have accommodated our many requests and continue to tweak the system to fit around us. When we first started it was missing a few components that we liked from our old system, work still continues to this day to meet our needs, which we appreciate.
