Very good, whenever I have a question it's really easy to make contact with the team and they answer really quickly.

Pros

Simple and easy to use and documents look very professional. Once set up correctly provides great communication to our customers and provides all of our reporting documentation.

Cons

Lack of invoicing for CIS deductions meaning they have to be done separately in a different system. Not being able to multi select photos when deleting.

posotive experience and a great improvement on the out of date system I upgraded from. The responce time is good also regarding queries.

Pros

its very intuitive and user friendly. it tends to work how you expect it too and is easy to learn in a short time.

Cons

no delivery not template. it would be nice to have a delivery note template as many people need access to a simple delivery note.

Very good. Very personalized customer support and mash new features regularly added. Recent addition of deposits is an excellent feature

Pros

The support is personal and quick. Not like a big call centre with loads of stuff who never get to know you or your business. They’re always happy to provide extra tutorials etc. The field worker app is useful for my team on the road.

Cons

Lack of Integration of expenses on bank feed. To be able to track the profit and loss of jobs it would be less manual and time consuming if the bank feed could Integrate with expenses of jobs.

They always provide quick and responses to any queries which I have raised with them in the past. Superb!

Pros

They have an excellent support team, \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular who is our regular point of contact, is always willing to help and find a solution. We have used them for a number of years now and always found them good value for money, whilst making us more efficient.

Cons

I do not have any issues at all with how Workever works for us in the office or with our operatives out in the field.

Excellent User interface and support from \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team. Moving to this cloud based easy to use system was integral to keeping our business running and our engineers on the road during Covid and since. If I could give them six stars I would.

Pros

We took on Workever just before Covid, and it allowed us to continue fully functioning during the pandemic. It was very easy to set up, and \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have always been there to solve any little issues that we may have so we could design it our specification. Workever is great value for money and is an integral part of our job and maintenance management systems and is very easy to use.

Cons

Nothing. The system is an excellent part our our company structure. The only part of it we do not use fully is the invoicing system as we already used Sage, so we keep this separate from Workever.

Workever is used daily all through the day by both. Both our admins and electrical trades are very happy with its efficiency.

Pros

Our company loves Workever, we use it as a team. It is extremely user friendly and great value for money. Set up was simple and the customer support has been great.

Cons

For our trades this is awesome, however would also like to be able to access Workever as an Administrator as I travel a lot and can't check on jobs if I am not at a computer. Would like to be able to do it off my phone as well. Sometimes there is a little lag between changing frames you are in. Find later in the evenings if I am working late, it may freeze occassionally.

Excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team have been outstandingly brilliant. Our business is runnnig so much smoother with this software.

Pros

The 'ease' of use. The quick support if needed. Exceptional. A sheduling software you rely on. Not complicated and user friendly.

Cons

Some features need to be added into the plans as standard. Hopefully this will come. Text messaging features should be added in as standard with a fair usage limit, as text in the modern day are free with most mobile phone plans. Shouldn't be a premium to pay on the upper tier plans.

We have used workever for over 5 years and in my opinion Workever is the worlds number one work automation,multifuntional service CRM platform of this century developed and supported by a great team of people with morden day openminded B2B rapport and mentalities. Growing and running a business can be somtimes be like a tricky roller coaster ride however now called work ever but inntially called workforce and its team has also work with us along that entire roller coaster ride, every barier and turn was resolved with a positive outcome. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been my go to guy and has alsways helped resulting in the best outcome. Cons

User subscription can become pricey to your comanpany however can or could make more sense chagerble to the user's email account than to the company it self leaveing each new user to pay for their subsctions that does also depend on how you company works.
