Comments: We have utilized this software for over 22 years to meet our telecom billing needs. The system provides a one-stop shop for Mediation (supporting numerous industry standard as well as non-standard CDR formats), Rating (comprehensive pricing plans available), Invoicing, Commissions, and Reporting. Customer Service is exceptional. Whether it was a question on how to setup a new bundled product, or what back-end table(s) were needed to produce an ad-hoc report, turnaround time has averaged less than one business day for us, which is unheard of in this industry. Having integrated over six separate business entities (via acquisition) into this system with zero customer impact, their experience in not only day-to-day billing operations, but seamlessly absorbing the functionality and product mixes from disparate billing systems to leverage synergies, has been invaluable.
