HelpDesk is an office 365 add-in where employees can create and track support tickets, it works efficiently with SharePoint 2013 & 2016
Pros: Usually HelpDesk will solve the issue the first time of complaint.
Cons: HelpDesk takes a while to give feedback on how to troubleshoot the problem. They normally take emails once you file a complaint and only get back to you via email with an outcome.
Overall: HelpDesk is good if you have a technical issue. They usually will help with the compalint but you will be waiting long for updates along the way if any. They will email you the final result.

Pros: Excellent tool for offices in the creation of support ticket with easy implementation and easy to configure the service options.
Cons: This application does not work with Modern Libraries.
