Allows us to complete all of this with consolidated reporting. Pros Ease of use of the tool, easy to learn and intuitive. Allows the users to user extra features as their knowledge grows, most features have similar elements, so learning one helps you learn the others. Cons Reporting - The suite has a lot of reports and some are quite similar with slight differences, sometimes results in you using the same ones but not the whole set of reports.
