I use its API on the server side to check email addresses when someone requests an AI-generated report, before spending credits generating it and emailing it to them. It has been a great fit for that workflow: quick to integrate, flexible pricing, and no bounced emails since I added it. I’ve only been using it for about two weeks, but I’m very happy with it so far and would rate it 5/5. The dashboard could be clearer, but the core validation does what I need. Pros The flexible pricing was the biggest draw for me. My traffic is still growing and varies, so I appreciated being able to buy credits without a monthly subscription or a large minimum purchase. Integration took about five minutes. The documentation was clear enough that my AI coding agent got it working on the first try without errors. Since integrating it, my email bounce rate has dropped from around 10% to 0%, although that’s based on about 300 validations over two weeks so far. Cons The dashboard seems to log me out quite quickly, so I have to sign in again whenever I want to check my credits. I also find the statistics a bit confusing. What I most want is a clear chart showing valid, invalid, and disposable email results, but that information feels buried and takes too much digging to find. DeBounce is our preferred validation vendor for low bounce rates and the only platform we will use for client facing accounts. Pros It is accurate and far better than competitors. Keeps our bounce rates low. I won't use any other validation platform in our systems. Cons Honestly not much aside from not being able to signup directly until recently.
