"Quick and efficient!"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Debounce has been very positive. The platform consistently delivers accurate email verification, which has helped improve deliverability and reduce bounce rates across campaigns. It’s easy to use, reliable, and integrates well with other tools in our workflow. While there are minor limitations in pricing tiers and advanced features, the value it provides more than makes up for them. The responsive customer support and clear reporting add to the confidence in using the service. Debounce has proven to be a dependable solution and a strong long-term asset for maintaining high-quality email lists.

**Pros:** Debounce has been an excellent addition to our email marketing stack and has made a noticeable difference in our overall campaign performance. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who are not highly technical. Email verification is fast and accurate, helping us significantly reduce bounce rates and maintain a strong sender reputation. What really stands out is the reliability of the results and the transparency of the reporting, which makes it easy to understand exactly what’s happening with our lists. Debounce integrates smoothly with our existing tools, saving us time and streamlining our workflow. Their customer support team is also responsive and knowledgeable, which adds a lot of confidence when using the service. Overall, Debounce is a dependable, well-designed solution that delivers real value for any business focused on high-quality email outreach.

**Cons:** The main drawback with Debounce is that some advanced features and detailed verification insights are limited unless you’re on higher-tier plans. For smaller teams or occasional users, the pricing structure can feel a bit restrictive compared to simpler tools. Additionally, while verification is generally fast, very large lists can sometimes take longer than expected to process. That said, these are relatively minor issues and don’t take away from the overall reliability and effectiveness of the platform.

"Incorrectly marked hundreds as opted out, then no support"

**Overall:** Very, very bad. DeBounce marked hundreds of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few contacts if they had really opted out, and they said no. Then I realized \*my own\* email was marked as having opted out of our email. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging. The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing. Do not recommend.

**Pros:** Easy interface to use. It's nice to have a feature to validate emails.

**Cons:** It marked about a fifth of our contacts as having opted out, then their support team never got back to us to help figure out how to resolve it.
