Many a time we found the emails not working and our domain getting blacklisted for bounces. DeBounce has helped in reducing bounce rates but also improving our ROI on campaigns Pros Validation rules are good. Speed with which the validation is completed is also very fast. Pricing is awesome. Compared it with lot of competitor and this was miles cost effective to use Cons Even after doing all sorts of validation, I still get 1%-2% bounce rates. Ideally it should be less than 0.5%. But for the cost this results are good. DeBounce marked hundreds of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few contacts if they had really opted out, and they said no. Then I realized \*my own\* email was marked as having opted out of our email. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging. The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing. Do not recommend. Pros Easy interface to use. It's nice to have a feature to validate emails. Cons It marked about a fifth of our contacts as having opted out, then their support team never got back to us to help figure out how to resolve it. There's amazing tools on the market but if you're looking for e-mail validation, price/quality wise I found this to be the best tool. Pros Price/quality its an amazing tool on the market. It does what it promises. While other tools have a lot more features included, but you don't always need those and you pay for them. DeBounce does what it promises. Cons When uploading an e-mail list I got an unclear error on what the problem was. It was because my file was too large. Now, they could improve this workflow but support was very quick to help me out and I found a lot of info in their documentation. Pros I was having someone constantly come to my membership site and sign up with fake email addresses to test what must have been stolen credit cards to see if they would go through. That meant I had to go into my merchant account and cancel them so that the credit card would not get charged as well as cancel them from my membership. It was happening several times a day every day. Such a pain in the neck and time waster for me. My developer recommended DeBounce and set it up on my site and I've not had any trouble since. I have lists that total in excess of 240,000 email addresses and so they need to be checked at all times. Pros I like that fact that I can check everything that comes in and get rid of all false emails that can effect my own ratings. I like the fact that spam emails are disposed of. I like the fact that the company catch all's are removed. I also like that I can download the full report and check what has been cleaned and make my own choices from that. It includes a disposable email checker, syntax elimator, and catch-all domain checker to help you keep your email list clean. The tool also assists in locating free and role emails in the list. In addition, the tool can be integrated with a variety of apps to make work easier. Cons In the emails, the MX Record and SMTP Provider Information are not detected. It guarantees at least 97.5% deliverability, which is significantly lower than that of other e-mail validation tools. It will give you back "Email" column without the rest) That outcome will make you do extra efforts to organize your data again.
