There's amazing tools on the market but if you're looking for e-mail validation, price/quality wise I found this to be the best tool. Pros Price/quality its an amazing tool on the market. It does what it promises. While other tools have a lot more features included, but you don't always need those and you pay for them. DeBounce does what it promises. Cons When uploading an e-mail list I got an unclear error on what the problem was. It was because my file was too large. Now, they could improve this workflow but support was very quick to help me out and I found a lot of info in their documentation. Switched from [Clay](https://www.capterra.com/p/237944/Clay/)[ZeroBounce](https://www.capterra.com/p/169340/ZeroBounce/)[NeverBounce](https://www.capterra.com/p/175437/NeverBounce/) I combine a lot of tools, like Clay.io and Hunter.io, but they are very expensive. Good so far and it does exactly what I need it to do. The tool has been reliable and straightforward to work with up to this point. Pros Good so far. The email verification is accurate and the interface is easy to use, which has helped keep our bounce rate low. Cons Nothing major to complain about yet. DeBounce marked hundreds of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few contacts if they had really opted out, and they said no. Then I realized \*my own\* email was marked as having opted out of our email. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging. The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing. Do not recommend. Pros Easy interface to use. It's nice to have a feature to validate emails. Cons It marked about a fifth of our contacts as having opted out, then their support team never got back to us to help figure out how to resolve it. Works without poblems so far. Pros it is efficient and cheap. No bugs or false results (i think), works fast, easy to implement. It does what it should. And it doesn't charge for unknows - that's fair approach. Cons I don't know, maybe api statistics could be separated by monthly usage. So I could see how many calls were this month and how many of them were invalid disposable etc. Reason for choosing DeBounce reasons are in answers above. There's not really any way to build this yourself. Can't recommend it highly enough. Cons I have no improvement suggestions at this time. Pros This review relates to the API validator function only. Seamless back-end operation with almost NO configuration needed. Has the best cost-value ratio of all contact form protections I had evaluated. Best feature? Debounce charge a very low rate for spam processing when compared with alternative vendors. Unlike others (who charge a monthly fee) DeBounce credits do NOT expire and are available for as long as is needed. As a free user there, you’re not allowed to use their email validation. So we looked for an alternative. When we found Debounce, we found the price is also a lot cheaper. Also we were surprised by how thorough the validation works. Cons The time we had to wait and it took almost a day to validate around 2000 emails. I have used a couple of different email capture systems and quite a few of my subscribers fell into both systems so that meant I have many double ups. This got rid of the double ups and has made my life easier. Pros It was a very quick upload and return of data which I thought was good. Cons I felt that removing all of the fields and having to go in and then match up fields was a little time consuming. I would like to see the fields that are uploaded on the list basically be returned to me as well.
