There was a slight learning curve at first, but the end results were great and well worth the initial adjustment period. Pros Overall I was very happy with DeBounce. The email verification and bounce rate detection worked reliably, and once I understood the workflow, it delivered great, accurate results. DeBounce is our preferred validation vendor for low bounce rates and the only platform we will use for client facing accounts. Pros It is accurate and far better than competitors. Keeps our bounce rates low. I won't use any other validation platform in our systems. Cons Honestly not much aside from not being able to signup directly until recently. NeverBounce would validate a lot of emails that would bounce. I also don't believe in validators that also provide the data source. There's amazing tools on the market but if you're looking for e-mail validation, price/quality wise I found this to be the best tool. Pros Price/quality its an amazing tool on the market. It does what it promises. While other tools have a lot more features included, but you don't always need those and you pay for them. DeBounce does what it promises. Cons When uploading an e-mail list I got an unclear error on what the problem was. It was because my file was too large. Now, they could improve this workflow but support was very quick to help me out and I found a lot of info in their documentation. Of course, I got my bulk email list validated in a few hours at an AFFORDABLE price (which is great!) For the number of contacts we had, the price that we received was more affordable than other competitors (we ended up paying almost $125 for our contacts while competitors were charging us over $800). Customer service is friendly and attentive. As stated above, I was having issues with the yahoo emails, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (I believe that was his name) was able to assist me and answer my question in a calm, patient way. Pros This software is easy to use and highly affordable if you are a company that needs multiple emails verified. Uploading your bulk list is easy and hassle-free. If there are only one or two emails you need to be verified, DeBounce has the option to allow you to verify one at a time. I am still a new user but I do log in weekly to validate some extra emails that I have found. Cons There are a few things I do not like about the software. When I upload my bulk list and export after verification, my other segments, such as name, phone number, address, etc. do not export along with the email verifications. It is not the end of the world, but there is more work on my end to go into my original customer list and have to de-dupe my spreadsheets. Another issue and I understand this is not DeBounce's fault, is that my customer list contains a large amount of yahoo and aol emails that were not cleaned. I understand this is an issue that all of the email scrubbing industry has with yahoo and aol emails so I was not as upset. Hopefully, there will be a solution to this issue. Reason for choosing DeBounce We have never used an email scrubber before, so we were apprehensive about subscribing to any platform. Pros I was having someone constantly come to my membership site and sign up with fake email addresses to test what must have been stolen credit cards to see if they would go through. That meant I had to go into my merchant account and cancel them so that the credit card would not get charged as well as cancel them from my membership. It was happening several times a day every day. Such a pain in the neck and time waster for me. My developer recommended DeBounce and set it up on my site and I've not had any trouble since. I have lists that total in excess of 240,000 email addresses and so they need to be checked at all times. Pros I like that fact that I can check everything that comes in and get rid of all false emails that can effect my own ratings. I like the fact that spam emails are disposed of. I like the fact that the company catch all's are removed. I also like that I can download the full report and check what has been cleaned and make my own choices from that.
