Pros: This integrates with our Dynamics 365 which made our environment more beneficial because the Sales team does not change how they quote lift trucks to customers and management has access to reports and review the activity being done by the Sales Reps.

Cons: The integration had a bunch of issues that we would deal with for about 8 or 9 months after we went live with Dynamics 365. The issues stemmed from SharePoint and Onedrive integrations that were causing issues or missing information from SRA to CRM.

One issue that could be CON for larger IT Departments is internal installations cannot be done. You need to create a ticket with them and have them remote to the machine and install and customize.

Overall: The support with this company is amazing. After a few calls they know you by name and your team and can actually remote right to a user experiencing an issue with the software instead of tying up a help desk technician. It is great software for anyone selling forklifts very easy to build quotes and pull customers right from our CRM and link everything together so that all the files for a particular customer's sale is in one place.
