Focus X is a capable ERP that handles core finance operations well. Implementation takes effort, but it pays off with better efficiency over time.

Pros

Strong financial reporting, smooth approval workflows, and good access controls. Saves time on reconciliation and month-end closing.

Cons

The interface feels outdated and takes time to learn. Support response times can be slow. But I am sure it can be easily improved further.

Pros

I liked most about Focus X is how it brings the entire HR and recruitment process into one platform, which makes daily work much easier to manage. From screening resumes and tracking candidates to onboarding and handling payroll, everything is well connected. It reduces the need for multiple tools, improves accuracy, and helps save a lot of time during busy hiring cycles.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Focus X is that some parts of the system feel a bit slow, especially when updating candidate statuses or switching between modules. At times, the navigation isn’t very intuitive, which can take a bit of time to get used to. Also, quicker notifications or real-time updates would help improve overall efficiency.

We have a positive and great experience with Focus X software. It actually made our job a little easier in many tasks, like coordinating internally, tracking communications with clients, and managing leads. This system generated us many leads by working smoothly and also by providing accurate insights. For an organization like us, which handles multiple tasks and customers from different fields, Focus X stood as a reliable support to work effectively.

Pros

The platform provides a good structure to manage leads, customer interactions, and internal processes. As a person responsible for managing content and digital marketing operations, the CRM provides a good platform to track leads from the campaigns, manage follow-ups, and organize customer information under one umbrella. The interface is simple to use and provides good visibility on sales activities and the performance of the team. Additionally, the automation tools are helpful in saving time.

Cons

As a person who's handling digital operations using Focus X, I found little cons, like the initial setup and customization can take some time. And needed training to fully understand the advanced features of this software. Having onboarding documentation and tutorials would make it easier for new users.
