We have since migrated to a different brand but this is definitely worth looking at for a smaller library/school library. Pros The ease of use for the public was definitely a plus. Across the board, adult and children, patrons were able to navigate the system easily. Our local schools also used Follett and it made it easy to help school kids learn the ins and outs at the public library as well. Cons From the office end of things the system isn't great for a public library setting. There are features that weren't yet available when our library used Follett. Follet Destiny Resource Management enable the library to offer services to them Pros Follet Destiny Resource Manager is a web based application which is accessible by patrons from anywhere, anytime, making the discovery of information fun. Patrons make use of Follet destiny discover feature which gives one access interface from which the patrons search surrogates of the library collection as well as digital resources. With Follet Destiny Resource Manager, our institution has virtually become a digital library. Patrons retrieve e-books, audiobooks, interactive books, and free and paid subscription journal databases.
