However, I would not recommend the service. We will be switching to another platform at the end of our season. Pros It has several basic features needed in managing a swim program for a low price. Cons Customer support has been nearly nonexistent since our implementation. There is no available customer support by phone, and we have attempted to connect by email a number of times over several months to discuss issues we're having with the platform and get clarification on some items, with no response from the company. There is no other program available for this market. No matter my experience the fact is using hy-tek is superior than doing it all by hand! Pros I like that is makes my job as a admin official easier. Pulling times over is very easy and the software does almost everything you need for a successful meet time wise. Cons It is not the most user friendly software I have used. It can be very time consuming putting in dq's because it forces you to make a choice on the reason for the dr. These choices do not always match the official's form so you spend time trying to find the reason on hy-tek. Meet management is often a hassle, but HYTEK allows results to be immidiatley streamlines and available to post on a webiste or link. Cons There is no way to embed meet results with hytek, you are redirected to their website under your specific meet title and file with you click on a link. I wish there was a way to "paste" results without the hassle of switching web-pages.
