This enables users to have better control of the approval process, accurate reporting, and eliminates the cost of additional third-party workflow software. Pros 4ALLPORTAL's approach to data modeling enables users to build robust security rules and multiple search options for different types of users. The data modeling enables different user groups to search based upon the natural language of each department creating a great user experience for each group. Their workflow and annotations within the platform allows the users to create works in progress (WIP) within the DAM instead of using an outside tool. Cons I recommend conducting business analysis before implementing the solution so that the business use cases are captured and configured into the system. Die Suche funktioniert super detailliert: man findet selbst bei tausenden Varianten schnell und gezielt das richtige Bild. Z.T. muss ich 4 Abfragen schicken um an das gewünschte Ergebniss zu kommen. Pros Gelunge moderne Oberfläche mit sehr vielen Filterkriterien, kann schnell zu viel werden. Viele Anpassungsmöglichkeiten um den eigenen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Cons API-Schnittstelle ist etwas langsam, benötigt viele Anfragen um ein Bild per API zu bekommen. Mir fehlt eine Art Push-up Benachrichtungsfunktion, die in unserer Landschaft pro aktiv Informationen für unsere individuellen Anforderungen an weitere Systeme schickt. In der GUI fehlt ein "alle Bilder auswählen" - Button. Man kann das etwas umgehen, dann muss man aber ca. 30 min zu warten, bis tatsächlich alle Bilder ausgewählt sind. Ansonsten können bei uns im Marketing jeder für seine eigene Abteilung das 4ALLPORTAL ganz anders nutzen: die Texterinnen können Dokumente und Texte direkt im 4ALLPORTAL ablegen und Freigabeschleifen durchlaufen. Die Bild-Kolleginnen legen all ihre Bilder direkt im TOol ab und pflegen direkt sämtlich notwendige und hilfreiche Meta Daten. Denn ich muss bei relativ allgemeinen Suchen für meine Einschätzung einfach zu lange auf das Suchergebnis warten. Klar, funktioniert das besser, je mehr Suchfilter man nutzt und die Ergebnisse vorab entsprechend einschränkt. Allerdings geht das oft gar nicht besonders tief bei meiner Nutzung. Zum Glück ist das aber kein Problem für unsere externen Partner, da diese einfach deutlich weniger Inhalte freigeschaltet bekommen, die sie überhaupt durchsuchen können.
