Mittlerweile laufen sehr viele effiziente Workflows über 4ALLPORTAL und das angebundene PIM-Modul synchronisiert automatisch Daten innerhalb des ERP und anderen Drittsystemen. Zeit, die nun übrig ist für andere, nicht repetitive Dinge! Pros Die erste Hemmschwelle bei 4ALLPORTAL war für uns die erste Kontaktaufnahme. Die Software wirkt sehr komplex und so fragten wir uns, ob es die Lösung ist, die wir brauchten. Nachdem wir unsere Anforderungen mitgeteilt haben, wurde uns in einer Live-Demo bereits ein auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnittenes, individuelles 4ALLPORTAL gezeigt. Wir reibten uns verwundert die Augen und fragten uns „so simpel ist die Lösung?". Die Antwort war: JA! 4ALLPORTAL ist eine Enterprise Software und somit nicht die günstigste DAM oder PIM Software am Markt. Jedoch vereint 4ALLPORTAL so viele Anforderungen und skaliert mit dem Wachstum von Unternehmen, dass man sich mittel und langfristig viele Sorgen und Geld spart. Eine klare Empfehlung! Cons Anfangs war unser Team etwas überfordert wie 4ALLPORTAL unsere Arbeit noch besser unterstützen kann. Hier gibt es mittlerweile Termine mit einem festen Ansprechpartner von 4ALLPORTAL um zu evaluieren wie die Software weiter optimiert oder ausgebaut werden kann. For this reason, we offer fixed contact persons from the first requirements meeting to the live go-live and beyond. The modules of 4ALLPORTAL can be used and adapted individually. This is what makes the software so exciting: Data and media do not have to be adjusted, 4ALLPORTAL adapts to your data and media! In addition, DAM and PIM can be found in one software and interact with each other. So you can pair any product information about food, clothing, machines, movies, projects or even people with all related assets like documents, images, videos and much more. Cons Einige Features der Suche sind optimierungsfähig. Das System springt oft zum Anfang zurück, man beginnt also wieder ganz von neuem. Schlagwortsuche funktioniert nur ansatzweise. In addition to an extensive search with many filters, there is the possibility to build a folder structure or collections to keep track of all assets. As you already mentioned, the easiest way to find assets is to use keywording. With the e-ticket you can send assets directly from 4ALLPORTAL internally or to external service providers. You can specify an expiration date for the download to ensure that the files are not downloaded later. Using the desktop app, assets can be easily opened, edited and directly uploaded again in Power Point, Adobe Creative Cloud or other integrations. Now with 4ALLPORTAL we are able to easily find any assets with a couple of seconds - Thanks to it's easy of use and the state of the art UI/UX. Pros Very efficient for managing marketing materials. Searchability through multiple search types is guaranteed. The duplicate search avoids unnecessary double data storage. February 26, 2019 5.0 I've been working with the 4ALLPORTAl for years now and have made some really good experience with it so far. Especially the publication on different channels (e.g. Social Media, Print, WordPress, etc.) is to be emphasized very much and facilitates our daily work. Sharing assets externally by sending a link or creating an e-ticket is very easy now. Furthermore, we are now able to share digital assets and product information with wholesale accounts increased our e-commerce business. Pros The GUI is very intuitiv and the 4AP is fun to work with.
