That may work for managers but not for employees. Pros I like the colors and when you look at it quickly alyou can see fast what is what. Cons Trying to switch shifts or request time off is very difficult. I also do not like the department schedule look. Its a big excel sheet that is not user frendly. Also when its the day of your shift you can not click on the day to see who is working without going to the day view or if i request to work a day i can not look to see who is working without going to the depart schedule. We have an ICON for each and every one. It can be confusing for someone who is not familiar with Shift wizard. I'm really not sure if my team members look at Shift Wizard. I also make out a paper schedule, it is much easier for them to follow. Pros I am able to separate the shifts, so I am not continuously scrolling Cons Time consuming. Too many Icons. Pros I like how easy it is to see my schedule and pick up shifts, as well as seeing what staff are working that day. I appreciate how straightforward and simple is. As someone who works in a busy, high-stress environment, it's nice to be able to quickly do what I need to do on ShiftWizard. I also like how I can put if I'm available certain day so even if there isn't a shift to pick up, they can call me in if needed. Cons The interface feels a little outdated, specifically the message alerts that pop up when you first login. However it doesn't affect the functionality of ShiftWizard at all. It is nice to see the schedule for the whole department and knowing who you'll be working with. Pros ShiftWizard makes it easy to put in our schedule and see who is working on every shift.
