Its accessible because you can use it home or on the go right from your phone. Logging in was a bit of an issue but I think that was more of an organization issue. I do enjoy being able to see where I will be placed within the department on shift wizard. Pros Easy access to see shifts that are scheduled. I also like being able to see the month view to see when shifts are. Cons Not as easy as previous service to see when open shifts are. That was much quicker and easier. ShiftWizard has too many clicks to get to where you want to go. It's more of a hassle. Pros You have the option to have it on your mobile device, even though you can't utilize all features there as you can on the computer. The messaging option is fantastic and the ability so see my department schedule isn’t as chaotic as others. Very functional and easy to use while providing multiple excellent features. Pros It is very user friendly, and the multiple options offered are hands down superior to other self scheduling tools. Cons The My Calendar had a brief trial of being able to see all of your shifts between various locations, then it was removed. So I have to go back and forth between work sites to see my shifts so that I don’t over book myself. Review Source CM Carolyn M. I’m also able to make changes to my schedule within the app. The app also notifies me when my credentials are expiring. Cons It was difficult to navigate at first and some times I still can get confused and need assistance such as just putting available instead switch shifts.
