Pros: The software's ability to collect CVs from candidates. The ability to print all CVs received for a posting. The ability to send mass emails to candidates who applied.

Cons: The inability to open the dialogue box fully when in Google Chrome. We do not use Edge therefore are stuck scrolling across to proofread the content in the dialogue boxes when creating a posting.

The staffing module does not work in our environment. We were told it would feed into the payroll software. The time it requires to complete the missing fields and to ensure we don't forget any fields in the payroll software outweighs any benefit of the module.

The inability to have a different CV or cover letter per candidate. We have candidates who apply to more than one job, but the last CV and cover letter always overwrite any previous (current) application to another job.

The reports don't generate properly (is this a case of Edge versus Google Chrome?). We need to generate the report for Equal Access to Employment, but this report does not display correctly on the screen nor does not print well.

The software was not designed for a multi-campus institution. Though customized programming was done to allow for configuration of security access, there are still issues in this area.

Overall: This is the second software we have used in talent management solutions. For the most part, the two systems were similar - both in benefits and challenges. I would not say that this software is more powerful or more functional than the previous software we used.
