Overall, not bad software for someone who needs to keep track of their calls and customize what the next steps are, for example, call back at later time.

Pros

We needed software to be able for my office to give me calls as they came in so we could keep track of who I had called, what happened with the call and when the call happened. This software was able to do that in a very simplified format.

Cons

There have been some glitched over the years that made my staff unable to log in or found that some of the caller information would be missing and the available later on.

CallPlease is great for managing calls, and is highly customizable. Sometimes there are quirks and it won't let me make changes, but generally those sort out quickly. Overall my experience has been good.

Pros

The app integration is the best part for me.

Cons

I wish it had integration for one click dialing from a PC; a way to connect the computer to the phone.

Overall we are going to keep the software even though there are some things that bug us about the software. It has helped us to keep track of our phone calls.

Pros

We signed up so that we could keep track of phone calls coming in and getting called back. This has helped a lot so that we can keep track of who we have to call back, and who we did call and will have to follow up with.

Cons

The thing I dislike most about the software is that I am a one man show, with a personal assistant that helps me to keep things flowing. I had to purchase 2 licenses just so they could put messages on my account as the software will log you out if someone else logs in.
